Shipping policy

Free Worldwide Courier Delivery:

We offer free Courier Delivery on orders over €150 (or the equivalent in local currency.
Courier Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after your order is processed.

Order processing time:

All of our items are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

Note that orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

International taxes & tariffs:

Customs duties and/or import tariffs may apply once your order reaches its destination country.

• United States: For orders shipped to the U.S., we cover all international tariffs and duties. However, applicable local taxes (e.g., state or sales tax) are not included and may still apply.
• European Union: Orders within the EU are not subject to additional duties
  
• Other Countries: For the rest of the countries outside the EU and non-US, any such fees must be paid by the addressee unless otherwise specified on the checkout page. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.  If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
  

Where does my order ship from?

Alas operates fulfillment from the EU (Lithuania). 

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order. The return package must be shipped back within this 30-day period. Please make sure the items are complete, in perfect condition — unworn, unused, unwashed — with attached labels and original packaging. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). The money will be deposited in the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
