To receive the order, the customer has one option, worldwide delivery to address.

Dispatch and Shipping time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days. 

The delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Dispatch and Shipping time during online sale and Covid-19

Due to a great number of orders during the alas silk online SALE, all orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

During alas-silk ONLINE SALE, alas-silk has the right to charge you for the Shipping. 

•  However, if the value of the order exceeds 150 EUR, Free Shipping is applicable.

Our team does its best to ship the ordered items before our Sale policy mentioned terms. We are highly thankful for your patience and understanding!

For customers located within and outside the EU

Please note that duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For the price of the product, we include VAT.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our free collection service does not apply to orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.

All items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and from the country where the order was delivered. We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.
