Shopping with Alas Silk is easy: Once you have found an item you like, select your size and use the 'ADD TO CART' button underneath. Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the 'CART' icon at the top of the page. From the Shopping cart, you can directly edit product quantities or remove them in case you changed your mind or share your cart with a link by clicking on 'Share a link to your cart'. Click on 'Check out' to complete your order (add shipping details and payment method)

We usually dispatch the garments within 1-2 business days.

Shipping to Europe, America and United Kingdom usually takes 3-7 business days. Anywhere else 7 to 20 business days. For more precise time

Please note that the delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, mass shipping volumes, hollidays or extreme wether.

We will refund or exchange the garment within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Package boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product.
